Although the legal landscape for consciousness-altering doses has rapidly developed in states like Oregon, Colorado, and California, there has been little to no emphasis on regulatory policy specific to microdosing.
We believe this is a huge problem and oversight that, if not actively addressed, could lead to major avoidable repercussions that come along with an untaxed, unregulated market.
